I ordered from wayrumble.com and ended up needing to return one item because the fit wasn’t right. Starting the return wasn’t really that hard, but the refund took way longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving — first I was waiting for the return to be received, then for it to be checked, then for the refund to be processed. Support did answer me, just not very quickly. I did get my money back in the end, so it’s not a disaster, but the whole thing could definitely be smoother.

Checkout was mostly fine, but the payment took longer than I expected. It did eventually go through and I was charged correctly, so no major issue there. Still, it wasn’t exactly smooth. What annoyed me more is how these little policy loopholes always seem to leave customers just waiting around with no clear answer while the system sorts itself out

Everything I order online usually takes forever, so I was surprised when this got here so quickly. Shipping was way faster than I expected.

I was a little unsure at first because I hadn’t used Way Rumble before, but yeah, everything ended up going smoothly.

The site was clear enough to figure out, there weren’t any weird surprises, and the details matched what I was expecting. I also got updates when I needed them, which, made it feel more trustworthy.

Overall, I’d use it again. Not really much to complain about, just a simple and honest experience for me

I’m only talking about the website here, not the actual service. It was a bit hard to use, and a few things took me longer to figure out than I expected. It technically works, but it doesn’t feel very smooth or easy to navigate. I also got that kind of “no real person there” feeling while using it, which made the whole experience feel a little more frustrating. I’d give the site about 2 stars for usability right now.

Package did show up in the end, but the tracking barely changed the whole time. Had to message them twice just to figure out what was going on. Replies came late too, and were kinda vague. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating when you’re waiting and don’t really know where your stuff is.

I ordered from wayrumble.com and the delivery was way later than they promised!!! The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself over and over. When I contacted support, they just gave me vague answers and never a real delivery date!!! It finally arrived, but by then I didn’t even need it anymore, so it was useless for me. I definitely wouldn’t order again if timing matters!!!

I reached out to support and, like usual with these things, it took them forever to get back to me. They did reply eventually, but the wait was frustrating.

I ordered from Way Rumble and honestly... the item was exactly like the description said!! The size, color, and little details were all really accurate, and there weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up. I’m always a little skeptical because photos can make stuff look way better than it is, but this was actually fair!!! Happy with it overall, and I’d definitely order again!

It’s a solid deal for what you pay. It’s not totally perfect, but overall I feel like I got my money’s worth and I’m happy with it so far.

I was disappointed with this. It broke after about 2 days of light use, and the whole thing feels really cheap, like it probably cost a few bucks to make. Definitely not what I was expecting
